1 cup  fresh plum slices
2 oz  Olives, black, jumbo, pitted, canned
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tsp  Vinegar, red wine
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
16 each  Bread, French, toasted, small slice
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 oz  goat cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together tomato, olives, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; reserve.
  3. Lay bread on a baking sheet and toast 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Take out of oven and let stand 2 minutes.
  5. Massage garlic onto both sides of toasted bread.
  6. Top one side of bread with goat cheese and olive mixture.
