Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook the beef for approximately 3 minutes or until the middle is no longer pink. Stir sporadically.
  2. Mix in the tomatoes, mixed vegetables, and bell pepper. Decrease the heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the ketchup and cumin, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Spoon mixture on hamburger buns.
