  1. Preheat boiler.
  2. In small bowl, mix pineapple, bell pepper, onion, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set salsa aside.
  3. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  4. Rinse and pat dry fillets.
  5. Season fillets with thyme, salt, and pepper. Place fillets on prepared pan.
  6. Place pan 6" from heating element. Broil 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Transfer fish to serving platter, remove skin.
  8. Top with salsa and serve.
