15 1/4 oz  canned pineapple tidbits
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
16 oz  salmon fillet
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat boiler.
  2. Mix pineapple, bell pepper, onion, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Set salsa aside.
  3. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  4. Rinse and pat dry fillets.
  5. Season fillets with thyme, salt, and pepper. Place fillets on prepared pan.
  6. Broil 10 minutes or until the fish flakes.
  7. Remove fish to serving platter, remove skin.
  8. Drizzle salsa on top and serve.
