6 oz  uncooked egg noodles
4 each  sirloin pork chop
0 3/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
2 each  yellow onion
12 oz  Gravy, chicken, canned
1 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package.
  2. Season one side of the pork with pepper, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add in the pork, season side down, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the pork and set aside.
  5. Spray the skillet with cooking spray and cook the onions for 4 minutes, stir ring often.
  6. Mix in the gravy, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon thyme.
  7. Add the pork, season side down, and bring to a boil.
  8. Decrease the heat, cover, and let simmer for 18 minutes.
  9. Set the noodles on a plate, put the pork on top, and pour the gravy over all.
