  1. Cook the pasta in accordance to the directions on the package.
  2. Heat a saucepot over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Add in 1 tablespoon oil, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and basil. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender and browning on the edges. Stir often.
  4. Take off of the heat and mix in the remaining oil, tomatoes, and olives. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the pasta then place in a bowl. Put the zucchini mixture on top and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
