Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix the gelatin and boiling water in a bowl until the gelatin dissolves. Mix the ice and the lemon juice until the ice melts.
  2. Add in 1 cup yogurt. Put 1/2 cup mousse into 4 bowls, cover, and refrigerate.
  3. Combine the lemon rind and crushed wafers.
  4. Top each mousse with 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1/4 cookie mixture, and 1/4 cup strawberries.
