2 each  medium apples
0 1/2 tbsp  grated orange peel
1 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
0 1/2 each  medium lemons
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
1 tsp  slivered almonds
  1. Set the apples in a microwave proof dish. Stuff the apples with orange rind. Polish the outside of the apples with the lemon then squeeze the lemon juice on top. Season with cinnamon and sugar substitute.
  2. Fill the microwave safe dish with water 1/3 of the way. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave on a high setting for about 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the plastic wrap, place on a plate, and top with the yogurt and almond.
