1 tsp  canola oil
1 cup  Hash Browns, shredded, frozen
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/2 lb  turkey breast cutlets
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
2 tbsp  liquid egg substitute
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tbsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper for about 10 minutes, stir often. Put the turkey in and cook for 5 minutes, stir often.
  2. Whisk the skim milk, egg substitute, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon over the turkey and potatoes and reduce the heat.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the milk combination has absorbed. Flip over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes or until browned.
