1 each  large apples
0 1/4 cup  apple cider
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
0.125 tsp  ground allspice
3 tbsp  plain yogurt, whole milk
3 tbsp  granola
  1. In medium saucepan, mix apple, apple juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.
  2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Cover partially and let simmer 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer apples and pan drippings into 3 bowls.
  5. Spoon yogurt on top and sprinkle with granola.
