1 each  cooking spray
2 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
4 each  eggs
2 tbsp  Milk, whole, 3.25%
1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 tbsp  Raisins, golden, seedless
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat 2 small (16oz.) oven-safe baking dishes with cooking spray.
  2. Tear one slice bread into small pieces and place in bottom of each baking dish.
  3. In small mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and raisins. Pour half of egg mixture into each baking dish.
  4. Bake 45-60 minutes or until eggs are set all the way through. Let cool completely before serving.
