1 each  cooking spray
4 cup  boiling water
2 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
4 each  eggs
3 tbsp  cold water
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 tbsp  Raisins, golden, seedless
0.125 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
  1. Preheat oven to 450┬░F. Coat small oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Boil 4 cups of water.
  3. Tear bread into large pieces and place in bottom of baking dish.
  4. In mixing bowl, whisk egg, 3 tablespoons cold water, ground cinnamon, raisins, salt, and sweetener. Drizzle over bread.
  5. Set the baking dish in center of larger oven-safe pan. Add boiling water to outer pan until half full.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool completely before serving.
