1 cup  cold water
1 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 cup  Polenta, corn grits, dry
2 tbsp  fat free sour cream
1 tbsp  dried mixed fruit morsels
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
  1. Bring the water and milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add the polenta and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Divide into 2 bowls, top each with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, add fruit, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
