0.6667 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  quick cooking brown rice
0 1/2 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
1 each  medium peaches
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Mix in the brown rice, orange zest, and salt. Reduce the heat and cook, covered, for about 10 minutes or until the water has absorbed.
  3. Separate the rice into 2 bowls and top each with half of the peaches and margarine.
  4. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup milk into each and serve.
