2 oz  goat cheese
2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
  1. Mix the goat cheese and yogurt in a bowl. Place in a cheesecloth lined strainer with a bowl underneath. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days. Throw away the whey.
