0 3/4 lb  smoked salmon
0 1/4 cup  sour cream
2 tbsp  fresh chives
1 pinch  black pepper
8 each  Celery, stalk, medium, 7.5" - 8" long, fresh
Directions
  1. Chop salmon into small pieces.
  2. Mix with the sour cream and chives and add black pepper to taste.
  3. Spread into celery and cut stalks into 2 inch pieces.
