2 cup  fresh shredded cabbage
1 each  medium apples
0 1/2 cup  medium green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 tbsp  walnut oil
3 tbsp  vinegar
2 tbsp  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  Mustard, deli
2 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/4 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 pinch  salt
  1. Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad.
  3. Toss and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
