2 each  Radishes, fresh, large, 1" to 1 1/4"
0 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Using a grater with large holes, shred the radishes.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and mix well.
  3. Add to radishes and serve.
