Cole Slaw
12 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
0 1/4 cup  shredded carrots

4 tbsp  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  vinegar
0 3/4 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 pinch  garlic powder
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place the prepared cabbage and carrot in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Put the dressing ingredients in a glass or dressing jar and shake, or place them in a bowl and whisk.
  3. Pour over the vegetables and blend well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
