2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 lb  smoked salmon
4 each  Boston lettuce leaves
0 1/2 each  medium cucumber
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
  1. Lightly spread mustard on one side of salmon slice and roll up.
  2. Cut cucumber diagonally into thins slices.
  3. Place 1 leaf of lettuce on each of 4 salad plates. Arrange 2 cucumber slices on top of lettuce, then place rolled up salmon on top of cucumber.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
