0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
0 1/4 cup  fresh thyme
0 1/4 cup  pesto sauce
0 1/4 cup  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
1 oz  fresh sage
  1. Whisk together chives, thyme, pesto, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and lemon rind.
  2. Lay chicken in a shallow dish and spoon 1/2 cup mixture overtop both sides of chicken. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill 1 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Arrange chicken on a cooking spray coated grill rack. Grill 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cook, flipping a few times; brush the rest of the mixture over chicken frequently while grilling. Top with sage sprigs before serving.
