0 3/4 lb  fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  shallots, chopped
1 tsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  port wine
6 oz  Broth, beef, condensed, can
1 pinch  salt
  1. Wash mushrooms and cut off any stems and bruised parts. Finely slice mushroom.
  2. Combine mushrooms, butter, oil, shallot, and garlic in a skillet and heat over high heat for 6 to 8 minutes; stir a few times. Pour in port and broth and cook until most of the liquid absorbs, about 4 minutes. Season with salt. Use hot.
