Classic Caesar salad with homemade croutons.
1 each Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, head, medium, 6"
3 each Bread, whole wheat, 100%, slice
1 each olive oil cooking spray
0.125 cup light mayonnaise
0 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Cheese, mozzarella, low moisture, partially skim, shredded
1 each medium garlic cloves
1 each pepper, black, dash
