2 cup  Greens, radicchio, fresh, shredded
3 each  scallions
1 oz  balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Place greens in salad bowl. Sprinkle with scallions.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together well and pour over salad.
  3. Toss right before serving.
  4. If desired, garnish with sprouts and almonds
