2 each  Grapefruit, medium, fresh
2 tbsp  aromatic bitters
2 tbsp  honey
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut a slice off the bottom of each grapefruit so they stand upright and place in broiler pan.
  3. Mix together bitters and honey before drizzling half this mixture over the grapefruit.
  4. Broil 6” from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve 1 grapefruit per serving and evenly drizzle the remainder of the honey mixture over the servings.
