  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, thyme, orange zest, and pepper in an 8" square baking pan.
  3. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Broil chicken mixture 5" from heat for 15 minutes, turning once.
  5. Serve with yogurt mixture.
