6 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
1 tbsp  red wine vinegar
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Core and cut tomatoes into quarters.
  2. In blender, combine tomatoes, basil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pulse 2-3 times until well blended.
  4. Pour into large bowl, cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
