6 oz  French bread baguette
6 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread on baking sheet and broil 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Turn broiler off and let bread cool in broiler until crispy.
  4. Mix together tomatoes, basil, oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Spoon an equal amount of tomato mixture onto each slice of bread and serve.
