3 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
2 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Combine cucumbers and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss to combine and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Press cucumbers with the back of a spoon to release liquid and then drain.
  3. Mix in lemon juice, dill, sugar, and pepper.
  4. Cover, refrigerate, and toss once more before serving.
