Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Arrange the muffin halves on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from the broiler and spread 3/4 tablespoons mayonnaise over each muffin.
  3. Arrange cheese pieces evenly on each muffin half and top with turkey.
  4. Return to the broiler and cook for 3 minutes or until turkey is just beginning to turn golden and cheese has melted.
