Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the boiler.
  2. Place pineapple slices in a single layer on a prepared baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and rum over the pineapple.
  4. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Once the topping is bubbly turn broiler off and place 2 slices on each plate.
  6. Drizzle each portion with the juice from the pan and serve!
