0 1/2 cup  orzo pasta
10 oz  fresh baby spinach
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 oz  seedless raisins
2 tsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Bring a saucepan full of water to a boil before adding the orzo.
  2. Boil 9 to 10 minutes, drain, and then set aside.
  3. Place spinach and water in the saucepan, cover, and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the raisins, oil, orzo, salt, and pepper.
