21 oz  Tofu, firm, lite
Directions
  1. Coat a smoker rack with cooking spray and place on grill.
  2. Arrange tofu on the rack. Heat coals and mesquite chips over medium heat.
  3. Place lid down on grill and smoke for 20 to 30 minutes. The longer you smoke, the more intense the flavor will be.
