12 each  fresh apricots
2 tbsp  brandy
1 cup  frozen whipped topping
0 1/2 cup  fresh strawberries
  1. Thaw frozen whipped topping according to package directions.
  2. Pit, peel, and quarter apricots. Place in blender or food processor fitted with steel blade.
  3. Purée and transfer to medium mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in brandy and whipped topping, blending well.
  5. Cover and freeze 30-60 minutes until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer and beat with whisk until smooth.
  7. Divide mixture between 6 dessert dishes and top each with one strawberry.
