12 each  fresh apricots
2 tbsp  brandy
1 cup  frozen whipped topping
1 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/2 cup  fresh strawberries
  1. In blender, purée apricots then transfer to medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add brandy, whipped topping, and sugar substitute to apricots.
  3. Cover and freeze 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Remove from freezer and beat with whisk until smooth.
  5. Divide mixture between 6 dessert dishes and top each with one strawberry.
