1 lb  medium russet potato
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp  paprika
  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place potato slices in 1 layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake, turning occasionally until golden brown (about 45 minutes).
  4. In small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  5. Sprinkle over potatoes. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more. Cool before serving.
