2 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place tomatoes on a small plate and sprinkle diced onion on top of them.
