  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Cook mushrooms in skillet over medium heat until soft and all moisture has been evaporated, about 5 minutes.
  4. Set the pitas on a large nonstick baking sheet.
  5. Cover each pita with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooked mushrooms, 2 teaspoons of olives, and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper on top of each pizza.
  7. Bake the pizzas until hot and cheese lightly browns, about 12 minutes.
  8. Cool on rack for 5 minutes before serving.
