0.3333 cup  quick cooking brown rice
0 1/2 cup  sliced white onion
1 cup  chopped green bell peppers
0 3/4 cup  Beans, black, canned
4 tsp  canola oil
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Boil rice in a saucepan with 2 to 3 quarts of water for about 27 minutes.
  2. Add pepper and onion and boil until rice is finished cooking.
  3. Drain rice.
  4. Place the rice, black beans, and oil in a bowl and toss well.
