1 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/2 each  medium onions
2 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 lb  top sirloin steak, lean
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Warm up the sesame oil in wok.
  2. After the wok is smoking, add onion, green pepper, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. After adding the meat stir fry for an extra minute.
  5. Add the soy sauce and stir fry for 3 minutes.
