2 each  small fresh pears
0 1/2 each  plain yogurt
2 tbsp  slivered almonds
2 tsp  almond extract
0 1/4 cup  fresh peppermint
Directions
  1. Cut the pears in half and remove the center.
  2. Make a thin slice on the rounded side so that it will sit flat.
  3. Put the pears onto small plates and sprinkle extract in the center of each.
  4. Spoon almonds in the center.
  5. Garnish with a dollop of greek yogurt and some fresh mint.
