Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut pears in half and remove center.
  2. Take thin slice off rounded side of pear so that it will sit flat.
  3. Put pears onto small plates and sprinkle 1/4 tsp almond extract in the center of each.
  4. Place 1/2 tablespoon of almonds in center of each pear.
  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt into center of each pear. Garnish with fresh mint.
