2 each  medium peaches
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes.
  3. Slice peaches in half. Remove pit. Cut each half into 3 slices.
  4. In small bowl, mix allspice and sugar substitute.
  5. Add peaches and gently toss until well coated with spices.
  6. Thread peach slices onto skewers.
  7. Spray grill or broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Place peach skewers on grill or broiler pan.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
