2 each  medium peaches
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
1 tsp  sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes.
  3. Slice peaches in half. Remove pit. Cut each half into 3 slices.
  4. In small bowl, mix allspice and sugar.
  5. Add peaches and gently toss until well coated with spices.
  6. Thread peach slices onto skewers.
  7. Place peach skewers on grill or broiler pan.
  8. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
