0 1/4 lb  whole-wheat pasta
1 tsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Put 3-4 quarts water in a saucepan and bring to a boil before adding linguine.
  2. Boil for about 9 minutes.
  3. Remove 1/4 of the water from the saucepan.
  4. Drain linguine.
  5. Return linguine to the empty pan and mix in the olive oil and the 1/4 cup of water.
  6. Add salt and pepper before serving.
