1 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  seltzer
3 tbsp  matzoh meal
1 tbsp  soy flour
3 tbsp  ground almonds
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a small bowl, using a fork, beat the eggs together with the seltzer. Add the matzoh meal, soy or regular flour, almond flour and salt and pepper.
  2. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate the mixture at least 1/2 - 1 hour.
  3. Wet hands, form small balls and drop them into boiling liquid.
  4. Boil for 10 minutes. Flip them to their other side with a fork after 5 minutes.
