0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 3/4 cup  Juice, apple
0.3333 cup  tomato paste
0 1/4 cup  vinegar
2 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tbsp  molasses
1 tbsp  paprika
1 tbsp  horseradish
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a medium pot and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat, simmer, uncovered, stirring often until desired consistency is reached, about 30 minutes.
