1.3333 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  quick cooking brown rice
2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 tsp  sesame oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Bring water to a boil and add rice.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and cook, covered, for 25 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook, covered, for another 5 minutes. Water should be evaporated
  4. Add oil, salt, and pepper before serving.
