1 each  Papaya, fresh
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
0 3/4 cup  orange juice
2 tsp  honey
1 cup  low fat buttermilk
4 each  ice cubes
1 each  medium lemons
  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the papaya, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of the allspice, and about half of the orange juice.
  2. Add the honey, buttermilk, the remaining orange juice, and the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the shake into glasses and sprinkle the top with some of the remaining allspice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon, if desired.
