1 1/2 cup  margarine
2 1/2 cup  confectioners sugar
2 tsp  vanilla extract
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
3 cup  white all purpose flour
0 3/4 cup  chopped pecans
1 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream together the margarine and powdered sugar.
  3. Stir in the vanilla, sugar substitute, and flour. Mix together at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the nuts into the dough.
  5. Roll about 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of dough into a ball and place on a greased cookie sheet. Do this with the rest of the dough.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, remove from oven, and roll the cookies in sweetener while they are warm.
