Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In mixing bowl, blend oat bran, rolled oats, Fiber One, Bran Flakes, raisins, and walnuts together and set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, cream sugar blends and margarine.
  4. Add egg whites and vanilla.
  5. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds.
  6. Combine dry flour ingredients with creamed butter.
  7. Drop in 1-1/2 tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies rest on baking sheet 1 minute.
  9. Transfer to wire cooling rack. Serve at room temperature.
