1 cup  Sour Cream
1 cup  mayonnaise
0 1/2 cup  cottage cheese
0.3333 cup  Salsa, hot
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 each  plain yogurt
  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, salsa, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving.
