1 each  egg whites
1 tsp  cold water
5 cup  walnut halves
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Lightly coat 15" x 10" x 1" baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In small bowl, whisk egg white and water. Add nuts and toss to coat.
  4. In small separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over nuts. Toss to coat well.
  5. Spread walnut mixture into baking pan and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Transfer nuts parchment paper or foil to cool completely. Break into pieces and store in airtight container until ready to use.
