  1. Place flour on a plate and evenly dust chicken with flour.
  2. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a large nonstick pan, cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Return pan to stove, heat oil, and cook the garlic, onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add in broth and return chicken to pan, top with paprika. Cover and simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Remove only chicken and place on serving platter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the flour and the sour cream until well mixed. Add to pan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over chicken.
