2 tbsp  butter
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 tbsp  salt
1 1/2 cup  fat free milk
8 oz  Beef, corned, cured, canned, slices
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir continuously while adding the flour and milk.
  2. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Place the corned beef into the mixture and, stirring continuously, cook five minutes, or until the beef is hot.
